  4. Now add kesar milk into the boiled milk and rose pattles,.. and turn the flame on medium and let it cook for 20-25 minute.
  5. Now add washed rice and let the rice cook until it get soften... (you can put rice with kesar and rose pattles too).
  6. At last add sugar,, mix well and kheer is ready to serve.

  8. Serve chilled or hot as per your choice....
